Aanmelden bij het MCRN

Op 9 september 2008 is het MCRN van start gegaan. Het ministerie van VWS financiert samen met de Nederlandse Federatie van Universitaire Ziekenhuizen en de farmaceutische industrie het MCRN..

Ook U bent hierbij erg belangrijk. Als actief betrokkene en belanghebbende bij een goede farmacotherapie voor kinderen nodigen wij u uit deel te nemen aan de activiteiten van het MCRN. U kunt zich aanmelden bij het MCRN en aangeven op welk terreinen uw interesse en expertise liggen.

Hieronder stellen wij een aantal vragen. Het MCRN Coordinating Centre krijgt met uw antwoorden een beter inzicht in de interesses en aandachtsgebieden van de netwerkleden. Dank u voor uw belangstelling en uw betrokkenheid bij dit belangrijke onderwerp!

Het registratieproces zal ongeveer 5 min in beslag nemen. Uw privacy is beschermd. Wij zullen geen persoonlijke- en contactgegevens verstrekken aan derden.
